Taping For Low Back Pain (IMMEDIATE Pain Relief)

Welcome to TriPhysio's series on K-taping (kinesiology taping). This is the seventh video of the series and in this video we will be demonstrating the taping technique for offloading your erector spinae muscles, which are often responsible for low back pain. K-tape will in no way fix the source of your low back pain, however it will help to alleviate some of your symptoms. For more information on Low Back Pain, please refer to our previous video "Back Pain in Triathletes | Mobility Exercises to Reduce Cycling Related Back Pain". This video will show you everything you need to know from what tape to use to how to apply it for best results. My step-by-step guide to easy application will be a game changer. Please keep a look out for my next videos which will be showing demonstrations of strapping/taping techniques for other injuries.
