Pregnancy is a special time, your body is going through so many changes both physically and mentally. Safe movement while pregnant has been shown to:

-Reduce risks gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, sleep apnea

-Less lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain

-Less urinary incontinence

Get yourself a pregnancy dream team when you are pregnant, make sure your doctor/midwife, physio and pre & postnatal specialist work together when prescribing the perfect program for you. This helps you, monitor, learn, and develop the perfect set up to help you during pregnancy.
