Lower Back Pain and Doctors Misunderstanding EVERYTHING

FREE 5 Day Lower Back Challenge: Lower Back Facebook Group: to Work with me: it hurts then don't do it." I mean, I get it. The doctor honestly is trying to help. He or she is not being malicious. The problem is the answer is I could get the same advice from a ten year old.

.

I don't mind sitting in a waiting room or getting stuck in traffic because their office is in the middle of a city. However, I need a little in return. Can't they flex their 15+ years of education just a little? Clients often tell me that rolling out of bed hurts. Should they stop getting up?

.

If any other business were to get such poor results, there would be hell to pay...... Unless the business plan is different than want we are being told. Could it be possible that the current system thrives off of injury, pain, medication, and surgery? The more doctor visits an average person needs the better? But then we have the conundrum of doctors wanting to help people. They could address that by minimizing the appointment time and overloading him/her with paperwork.

.

Whatever the issue might be, the biggest loser in the whole debacle is YOU! We know the problems, but what or where is the solution? Where is the answer that focuses on eliminating the root and or cause of the problem and not playing "Whack A Mole" with the symptoms?

.

Maybe the answer is directly in front of us and we don't see it. We are looking through life with our "insurance payment" colored glasses and missing the @odem_bodyworks, @therabody, @mypowerdot, @simon.beuttler, and many others that are fixing people daily.

.

My question to you is - What are you doing in your life to keep your body fit and strong?
