This lesson works differently from traditional exercises or stretches. You begin in a healing rest position for back pain and helps to strengthen core support for the low back and SI (SacroIliac) joints and can be helpful as a gentle SI joint self-adjustment Excellent as a warm-up for walking, hiking or before exercise. These lessons help relieve back pain at home.

Find skeletal alignment with these gentle movements and engage a balanced muscular setting for support by sensing the bones and how they connect in movement and resting.

The Feldenkrais Method® works with developing your awareness to sense your bones and skeletal support while you move. You begin to improve your coordination and balance with this core support.
