Pilates for Neck, Shoulders and Upper Back Pain Relief | 30 Minutes | No Equipment

This pilates session has exercises to relieve tension and pain in the neck, shoulders and upper back. We will focus on specific areas that get stressed through daily life to combat neck tension, shoulder pain, upper back pain, and poor posture. The exercises will both strengthen muscles that are underused and create instability in the upper body, as well as stretch muscles that are tense from over use. This therapeutic sequence will help combat stress, reduce inflammation, relieve discomfort and increase range of motion.

One to do on a regualr basis if you suffer from upper body tension, so do bookmark it for future use. Regular practice and repetition will help to release built-up stress in these areas.
