In this video I'm going to guide you through some simple stretches you can do to relieve the pain associated with sciatica. Sciatica is often a result of chronic sitting, tight ham strings, tight low back and hips. So we're going to target all of those area in our stretches today to help you relieve the tension that is the cause of that sciatic pain.
