Here are some back pain relief exercises for you on this beautiful day! This stretching routine requires no equipment and is really effective when you are consistent with it!

If you have consistent back pain, ideally you want to do this routine every day or at least 3-4 times a week! You can also do this routine after your workouts! Most workouts involve your back and it's important to stretch it every single time so that you can prevent injuries, recover and relax your muscles!
