Stretches for Neck, Shoulders & Upper Back Pain Relief | 10 min Yoga to Release Tension and Relax

Stretches for neck, shoulders & upper back is a 10 min yoga class that was created to relieve any pain and release tension from the upper region of your spine and help you relax.

Shoulders and neck is the area where we tend to store a lot of tension. Energetically and emotionally all the responsibility weight ends up in this region. In addition, lack of confidence will result in tight shoulders. Physically, we tense up the muscles due to sitting at the desk or working out, which, let's face it, our culture makes us do excessively, which makes this a great yoga for office workers and/or athletes

The yoga for neck and shoulder relief yoga can be used either as a separate practice reserved for days when stepping on the mat is a challenge in itself or when you are simply on a time crunch, or alternatively it can be used as a warm up or a cool down for any yoga class (be that yoga for flexibility, yoga for strength yoga for weight loss, yoga for posture or yoga for spine) or a fitness workout that is within your routine.

This home yoga practice is a collection of some of my all-time favorite exercises and moves for mobility, strength and stretch. Whether you are looking for yoga for neck, yoga for shoulders, or a general yoga for upper body - this is the practice you want to turn to. This practice is very convenient and for that reason can be easily used as a morning yoga, evening yoga, lunch break yoga or travel yoga. This class is also an amazing introduction into how different a yoga practice can be and is great and valuable experience if you are looking for a beginner's yoga.
