Back Pain Relief Exercises & Stretches For Both Men And Women | No Equipment Needed

Back pain is a very common problem and will affect many of us at some point during our lives. Back pain is amongst the most common causes of worry in adults as well as teenagers. It can be uncomfortable and hamper daily activities. It can result from sitting long hours, bad posture, lifting heavy weights without precaution or injury. Also, age is an important factor. Back pain sets in with age due to weakening of the back or degenerative disks. Back pain can itself be a problem or a symptom of some other ailment. Identifying the cause of the pain is the key to treating it.  

The good news is that in most cases it isn’t a serious problem, and it might just be caused by a simple strain to a muscle or ligament.

As far as possible, it’s best to continue with your normal everyday activities as soon as you can and to keep moving.

Being active and exercising won’t make your back pain worse, even if you have a bit of pain and discomfort at first. Staying active will help you get better. 

Keeping in mind the causes behind back pain here are some of the chosen exercises and stretches designed and demonstrated in this video for you all. Kindly watch the video. Do the exercises with safety following the instructions given.

This is a great routine to get your back relief from pain. They are as follows :-

KNEE TO CHEST POSE

BRIDGE

KNEE CRUNCHES

REVERSE CRUNCH

KNEE ROLL

BACK EXTENSION

TABLE AND CHILD'S POSE

CAT COW POSE

FOREARM PLANK

BIRD DOG POSE

DOWNWARD FACING DOG POSE

STANDING FORWARD BEND POSE

Do these exercises and stretches 30 seconds each at home with 10 seconds or as per your required rest time but not more than 1 minute without any equipments. One round of all these exercises with rest will take 8 minutes to complete. If you do 2 to 3 more rounds it will take 30 minutes to complete.

If you want to stick with one round to complete all the exercises it's also a good start as a beginner.
