Back pain and pressure in the spine can feel very soar and become debilitating. It can be hard to know what is causing the pain and what is making it worse. When our back hurts we do not want to walk much or do much. I explain that lifting our ribs to stand and sit tall may be the cause of a lot of back pain. Learning how to drop our ribs is key to resolving building back pain. Once we learn to drop our ribs, we can gain more mobility in our hips and upper spine to feel better in our body.
