I this video i will be showing you some great stretches that will ease if not entirely get rid of back problems. I am a mother of three and after 3 CS's I had excruciating back aches that made eve the most simple of tasks extremely hard but after many weeks of physiotherapy these are some of the stretches that helped me out.
