This Patient, age 72 years was suffering from slip disk sciatica for 30 years and this pain increased for 2 months after bearing some at gradually this pain radiated in his leg and the intensity of pain was so high that the pt was unable to sit or walk for a moment.
Actually, after examination, it was found that he was suffering from L4- L5 Disc extrusion for this he had been advised to go for surgery but he didn’t want surgery due to its complications.
