- Stretch Before Bed (at night): to Relax
Focus: Move slowly / Breathe deeply
- Stretch after waking up (in the Morning): to get Energized
Focus: Move actively with control
** If it feels good, feel free to Stay longer in each pose for a deep Relaxation.
