🀸🏽‍♂️I have been a Pilates instructor for over 30 years and a certified massage therapist. The biggest complaint I hear is lower back pain. The majority of the time, lower back pain is caused by weak muscles and tight hip flexors, quads and hamstrings. We address all these issues in this class. ♥️When the core muscles are strong,πŸ’ͺ the lower back and hips are protected in all of our daily movements. Thus, injuries and muscular imbalances heal. πŸ’ͺ

In this class we also address muscular tension. The hip flexors are directly connected to the lower back. When these muscles are tight they pull on the lower back creating an anterior pelvic tilt and thus lower back pain. We address the hamstrings and quadriceps as well as these create muscular tension in the pelvis and lower back.

♥️Come back to this class often and you will notice improved posture, stability and strength in your core muscles and as a result less lower back pain and issues.
