In this exercise bend your legs from your knees and lift your waist and then bring it down. Perform this exercise for 5 times.

02:26 to 03:17 Leg lifts

Bend your legs from your knees. Lift your leg and bring it to the chest and hold for 5 seconds. Perform this exercise for 5 times for each leg.

03:18 to 04:28 Quadratus lumborum stretch

Sit with the crossed legged positions and then keep your weight one side and bend your body on the other side. Hold this for 5 seconds and then come back. Make sure to perform this stretch for both sides five repetition each.
