Do this after every upper body workout! Maintain mobility and range of motion so you can move comfortably into old age. Relieve shoulder, neck and back pain. This is part of my personal functional training to reduce tension and fix muscular imbalances so I can stand tall with good posture after being hunched over a computer screen most of the time 😊 It also prevents injuries by taking care of the connective tissues and joints. 05:05 | Seal - get joint fluids flowing into the shoulders to prepare for deep shoulder stretches
