2️⃣ Slowly turn your head & look over your shoulder.

3️⃣ Using the opposite hand, gently push your cheek toward your shoulder. Don't push too hard & stop when you feel a gentle stretch in the muscles on your neck.

4️⃣ Hold for 10 seconds & repeat on both sides.
