Hello Guys,

I had a Back pain for over 6 years. After being treated by Chiropractor and physiotherapists and watching Online back pain relief videos, I’ve created set of these simple Exercises. These Exercises are game changer as they have helped me removed my Back pain. They are very effective for Lower Back pain, Middle back pain and Sciatica.

🔰 It took me only 4 weeks to recover from Severe Back pain. I was unable to sit for my Dinner even and my Working Capacity was reduced to 6 hours a day. Now I can work 10 hours without any problem.

There are several Do’s and Don’ts that must be followed in order to achieve long lasting recovery.
