10 MIN BACK PAIN RELAXING STRETCHING | Feel Good & Release Stress

Welcome back to LovePilates by Alis!!

Today I have a #Back Pain #Relaxing #Stretching routine!

This stretching will help you to release tension and pain from your back relaxing your muscles for optimal relaxation of your entire body.

You can take this class anytime of the day, especially at night time if you sit long hours or you just had a stressful day.

This short routine will help you with your spine mobility through a series of spinal twists and extensions, in order to prevent future injuries and keep your spine in good health.

Make sure to breathe deeply and perform all exercises slowly and with control.

All levels welcomed. No equipment needed.
