Hello friends, I'm so grateful to have you here as always. Think of this video as a much needed EXHALE. It's time to slow down, breathe deeply and move gently. This sequence is created for general, non-specific back pain, and we'll be moving predominantly through the hips and spine. As always, listen to your body carefully, and be sure to stay with any advice you may have been given by your trusted health practitioner who has had the opportunity to see you one on one.
