STRETCHES | LOWER BACK PAIN | Small gentle movements to ease tension

Gentle and small movements to help ease muscular tension in lower back muscles. This is for minor injuries, strained your back or been seated for too long at work, your back is very tight as a result. These tiny gentle moves and stretches can help to relieve the pressure and tightness from your lower back. During the video do make sure to try and breathe slow and calm in and out of your noise. Video begins laying, so you in your own time perhaps make your way down into the ground on your back then start.
