Low Back Pain Exercises (Our Favorite Brain Training Strategies - Part 2!)

Continuing on a previous video we are going to be adding movement to the combination of positions you found through the template exploration we covered in the previous blog. Hopefully, some pattern of foot, leg, pelvis, head, and eye orientations will allow you to feel confident enough to take the next step in this process.

In this video, we walk through how to begin gently mobilizing the lumbar spine with pelvic movements, lumbar lateral glides, and lumbar isometrics. Once you’ve found a position of postural safety and comfort, it’s time to show your brain that moving the low back isn’t as scary as you thought it was!
