🧘‍♂️🙏🧘🥰Yoga for Back Pain Relief (Restorative Yoga) can be used any time, day or night. I have compiled all of my favorite poses for back pain relief with upmost comfort to ease the pain from tension to being able to release tension and open up. This practice isn't too long so it is easy to fit in before going to work or even after. Each pose is held a few minutes where we will breathe to expand the body, sending healing white light and exhale letting the body fully release into comfort.
