Neck Pain Stretch

Here is an easy neck pain stretch that you can do at home. Take a nice thin towel and roll it up and hold each end. Wrap around the base of your neck and pull forward up in an angle. Why I'm gently pulling forward I'm pushing back with my head getting a nice gentle stretch on my lower neck. Once I am comfortable with this stretch I'll begin to rotate my head back and forth creating more mobility in the neck. This stress can be done daily for one to two minutes.
