Maybe it's because your back is overcompensating for something else in your body. 😩

Most of the time it's because your core muscles aren't working the way they should and the muscles in your back compensate, become tired and tight.

😬Stretching will bring relief but only for the short term.

Tell me how many times have you stretched your back, only to have your back pain return the next day week or month?

Focus on the cause, usually that means get stronger and move better and you'll get relief from the symptoms longer.
