I bet you will have trouble on the last part… ! The Bird-Dog is a wonderful exercise for back pain because it takes most of the load off the spine and challenges the hips and core to work together synergistically.
-Hold each repetition for 5-10 seconds!
-Perform 5-10 repetitions each side!
AND DON’T FORGET TO HAVE A *LIGHT* core brace held the entire time.
