Is stretching bad or good if you have back pain, sciatica, herniated disc or bulging disc? The truth is, many exercises, including stretching, may hurt your spine even if it feels good for your muscles. You have to be very careful with the type of exercise you choose to do, in order to get pain relief, and not make your back pain worse.
