Are you a student, an artist or you do 9:00 A.M. to 5:oo P.M. Job , and you feel a type of stiffness in your lower back?

If you're looking for a way to relieve back pain, this yoga pose on a chair is for you.

The pose is For Pain in T7-T12 And L4 to L5 on the spine, hips and thighs. It's also known as Siting Marjariasana & Butilasana . In other words Known As Sitting Cat & Cow Movement (you should Have to try it with your legs Apart upto pelvic width) and looks like this in video at the end

You can do this pose anywhere—in a chair, standing up, even lying down. Just make sure that when you're sitting in a chair with your legs apart (or bent at the knees), your knees must have the same Gape as of your feet and heel.

The idea behind this pose is to gently stretch out the muscles in your lower back region by bending forward from the hips and then stretching out those muscles again when you sit back up again. You should feel the stretch in your lower back as well as your Dorso and Thorax

Try doing this pose every day until it becomes second nature and helps you get rid of any pain or stiffness in this area.
