Back Pain After Backbending? Should You Worry?

This is a question I often get from students - especially students getting more serious about their back flexibility and doing more challenging stretches. If your low back hurts the day after training - should you worry? In this super short video we explore trying to differentiate between the "good" muscle soreness (that's a sign you were using your back muscles - hooray!) and the "bad" joint soreness (that's generally a sign you were pushing your back too far in a position without enough support).
