Cracking your back to alleviate low back pain can result in injuries since the body does not respond well to forced movements.
Instead, I suggest lying down on the floor in a gentle manner and elevating your legs to a 90° angle to alleviate low back pain. This technique eliminates any hip and pelvis rotation, which places the body in a neutral position, and offers a gentle relief for low back pain.
Comment below๐ if you tried cracking your back before??
