Back Pain Relief Stretches 🧘‍♂️| PART-02πŸ’« | 🧘‍♂️ 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️Get ready to stretch your body and feel the tension melt away with these invigorating exercises! In this video, we will take you through a series of stretches that will help you release any pent-up stress and get your body feeling great. Let's commit to doing these moves six times, starting with sitting upright and releasing any tension.

πŸ™ŒWe'll begin with the first stretch, and then move to the other side for a well-rounded practice. Take your hands up and lean forward, allowing your left hand to go under your right, and exhale as you pull your chin down to your chest. Inhale and lift your face and chest, twisting your spine and looking out to the side. Feel the stretch in your back and release, allowing your body to settle.

πŸ’ͺNext, we'll stretch even more with our hands free and toes pointed forward. Reach as far as you can until your hands go beyond your feet, and your head touches your knee. Breathe and stay for six counts, then slowly drag your hands back and sit up.

🀸‍♀️Interlock your fingers and bend forward as you exhale, sucking in your belly and holding for six counts. If you need help, use a towel or ask a reliable partner to push you forward. Release and rest, feeling the ache in your back start to subside.

🦡Open your legs wider and insert your hands under your ankles, pointing your toes. Move forward and feel the stretch in your back and laterals. If you feel any discomfort, rock your pelvis and let it settle. Remember to breathe in and out for six counts and release any tension.
