He came in with complaints of neck and back pain. He also complained of soreness and stiffness. For his neck and back pain, he received cervical and lumbar chiropractic adjustments followed by the Ystrap for spinal decompression. His session continues with several stretches with the goal of increasing his range of motion. His session ended with a twenty-minute massage to address muscle soreness.
