Exercise steps for Chronic Back pain, Neck pain and Shoulder pain

I am demonstrating some selective exercise steps , which will strengthen whole body muscles specially Back muscles, shoulder muscles and neck muscles. These steps are for all person including back, neck and shoulder pain patients. Two steps shown in lying down position are must do steps for back pain patients. Patients will start feeling improvement after 3 months of regular exercise and can improve further by continuing it. Back pain patient can avoid sit-ups and push-ups initially then can start later on, after improvement of pain. These exercises should be done for 30 - 45 min daily for minimum 4 - 5 days a week.
