German Health Care and years of BACK PAIN - Here's what I learned

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my personal experience of coping with lower back pain.

As I am living in Germany I also thought it would be helpful to detail the German Health care system and what you can expect from your health care provider when dealing with this kind of issue.

The reason I am publishing this is that I would have found a video like this very helpful when I first started experiencing symptoms.

Lower back pain is a very common issue worldwide with some experts estimating that almost everyone will experience back pain at some point within their life.

I have broken this video down into different sections.

My Journey and how my lower back pain first started

The recommendations I received from the various doctors I visited

The different therapies I tried out including Kieser and Liebscher-Bracht

The German Health care system including a breakdown of contributions and what is and is not covered by the majority of health care providers in Germany.

Key takeaways

It's pretty crazy out there so take care of yourselves and don't ignore the warning signs like I did.

About me:

I am a Brit who has been living and working in Germany for the past 10 years. I make videos on my expereinces living in Germany mainly focusing on culture, language and personal stories.

I am definitely not a medical expert and am not providing advice I am simply detailing my own personal experiences and hope that this might help someone who is maybe considering what type of therapy they want to try out.

I am currently only on Youtube. If you have any questions leave a comment or send me an email to getbackupin1m@gmail.com
